The process begins with you or your realtor simply making contact with our team. In a purchase situation, we will need a copy of your contract.
After you retain our services, we will begin the process of checking the state of title on the property in question, confirming that there are no liens or judgments on the property, then certifying the title to the property as clean and marketable. Our office will then obtain a commitment for a title insurance policy, which most lenders require, and we will then work with you and your lender to generate a settlement statement, which breaks down the financial details of your transaction. Finally, you will be scheduled for a “closing date,” at which point, you will meet with one of our knowledgeable attorneys, ask any questions you may have, and sign your closing documents.
When we (on the same day) electronically file your signed documents with the local courthouse, the transaction will be complete.

Our standard pricing for a loan-purchase or refinance is $700, and it is $600 for a cash-only purchase. Additionally, we charge $200 to sellers who wish to use our services to draft their seller documents.
